On July 26, 2024, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia announced an open competition to fill the vacant position of the rector of the Armenian State University of Economics, state non-commercial organization.

4 candidates have submitted their applications to participate in the open competition for the position of rector.

At the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Armenia and Chairman of the Board of the "Armenian State University of Economics," State Non-Commercial Organization Vahagn Khachaturyan, and in accordance with the provisions of the procedure for the election of the Rector of the State Non-Commercial Organization "Armenian State University of Economics," a Board Meeting will be held on September 6, 2024, at 15:00.
