Ruben Hayrapetyan

2002-2007: Department of Management, Yerevan State Institute of Economics /Diploma of Excellence/,
2007-2009: full-time PhD study of Armenian State University of Economics. Successfully defended PhD thesis and was awarded PhD degree in economics,
2011: Yerevan School of Political Studies (Yerevan / Strasbourg),
2011: Moscow School of Political Studies (Moscow).

2009-2012: ASUE Chair of Management, Assistant Professor Ruben Hayrapetyan, as an expert, actively cooperates with non-governmental organizations, international organizations, as well as state structures in the spheres of public administration and local self-governance.
He has attended dozens of local and international conferences in spheres of management and economics, workshops and seminars, as well as international projects aimed at improving the capacities of universities. He manages a number of public and private research projects. After defending Ph.D thesis, R. Hayrapetyan has been actively engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2013.
He defended his doctoral thesis and got Doctor of Sciences /Economics/ academic degree in 2015. By the decision of the Higher Qualification Committee of the Republic of Armenia he was awarded the academic title of the Professor in 2018.
2018: acting Head of the Chair of Management, Armenian State University of Economics
2018: as a non-party candidate from the "My Step" alliance, he was elected a member of Yerevan Council of Elders.
From December 28, 2018 to August, 2019-acting Rector of Armenian State University of Economics. Ruben Hayrapetyan is the author of about fifty scientific publications, authored and co-authored 10 monographs, 2 manuals and 1 textbook.
