Project title: Empowering Women Through Digital Skills

Brief description of the project.

This project, to be undertaken in collaboration among the German association Copernicus Berlin e.V., the French NGO Au Carrefour de L'Europe, and the Armenian State University of Economics, aims to empower women from rural areas in Armenia by equipping them with digital skills. It seeks to address the challenges these women face, particularly their limited access to decision-making processes. The initiative includes two practical digital skills training sessions, to be held in Germany and France, featuring leaders and experts in the field. To ensure a lasting impact, an online platform will be developed to share training experiences and personal success stories. Additionally, a mentor-mentee matching system will be implemented to foster continuous learning and development. The project is scheduled to commence on June 1st with the launch of the website and conclude on December 29th, upon the completion of the technical aspects of the mentor-mentee matching system.
