ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR WITH THE COMMERCIAL SUPPORT FUNCTION POSITION:
Assistant to director with commercial support function
/full time, long term, with 3 months’ probation period/

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial Functions :

  • Development and drafting of commercial proposals, 
  • Coordination of relations with stakeholders,
  • Preparation of commercial contract packages,
  • Commercial data management (client list, sectorial study, commercial action),
  • Coordination of relations with clients.Administrative Functions : 
  • Treating the daily correspondence,
  • Managing all administrative documents,
  • Coordination visits and meetings, schedule meetings of Director,
  • Organization of working plans,
  • Coordination of marketing and administration issues,
  • Coordination of everyday purchases,
  • Drafting minutes of management meeting,
  • Coordination of management meetings,
  • Coordination of task management,
  • Supporting in the preparation of events,
  • Ad hoc translation/interpretation,
  • Coordination of logistic issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Bachelor degree from an accredited university,
  • At least 2 year experience at similar position,
  • Strong analytical, organizational and conceptual skills, with high attention to details and orientation to results,
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse, evaluate and synthesize information,
  • Good written and oral communications skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Good document drafting skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely,
  • Computer skills: knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point, Outlook), 
  • Internet,
  • Languages: Armenian (professional C2), English (good B2, C1), Russian (good B2, C1), French would be an asset.
