JUNIOR SPECIALIST IN BUSINESS PROCESSES  AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

POSITION:

Junior specialist in business processes and management systems

/full time, long term, with 3 months’ probation period/

ORGANIZATION: ASB Management Ltd - BUREAU VERITAS Armenia.

“ASB Management” Ltd. is a company operating in consultancy and support in the implementation of International Standards and Customer Satisfaction Research.

Our services include:

  • conducting diagnostic of the company’s existing management system,
  • support in the implementation of International Standards /documentation and process/,
  • organizing pre-certification audits,
  • conducting internal audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Business process review
  • Drafting the procedure according to the reviewed process
  • Preparing project related documents
  • Assisting experts and consultants in their daily work (drafting documents, contacts with clients, etc.).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Bachelor degree in IT, Economics or Management from an accredited university
  • Strong analytical, organizational and conceptual skills, with high attention to details and orientation to results
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse, evaluate and synthesize information
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Good document drafting skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Computer skills:  knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point, Outlook), Internet
  • Languages: Armenian (professional C2), English (good B2, C1), Russian (good B2, C1), French would be an asset.
