University of Hong Kong  announces  an  admission  for  PhD programs.Applicants should demonstrate outstanding qualities of academic performance, research ability / potential, communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities. 

Applicants from an institution where the language of teaching is not English are required to provide TOEFL / IELTS results on a mandatory basis.
