The Lane Kirkland Scholarship Program is addressed to young leaders with higher education, who have a master's degree and interested in the development of democracy, economy and civil society in their countries and the region. Implementation of the Program takes place within the framework of two semesters of study at Polish universities and at least 2-week internships in state or private institutions.
Application deadline is March1.
