Arayik Harutyunyan, the Former Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic,  will deliver a lecture on “Prospects of Economic Development of Artsakh”. The meeting will be held at ASUE Big Hall, on November 4, at 13:00. Representatives of ASUE academic and administrative staff, students are invited.
