Seminar invitation

The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund starts accepting application for the participation in the XI Diplomatic Seminar of Young Experts. Within the framework of the seminar being held on May 23-27, trainings will be organized, the participants will have an opportunity to listen to famous scholars, historians and other professionals.
