DEPARTMENT: IT and Automation Division, Technical Support Unit

JOB TITLE: IT Technical Support Unit Trainee (depending on good performance may be considered for vacant position).

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support of computer hardware and software configuration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install new stations of information system and telephone network, also configure existing stations
• Implement preventive actions in order to avoid of having defects of the equipment in the work place
• Provide technical support of computer hardware and automated teller machines

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Education in Engineering, Computer science and other relevant technical fields
• Proficiency in computer software, skills in providing technical support of computer hardware
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Windows

• Good language skills in Armenian, Russian, English
