ASUE Career andMarketingCenterinforms  that  “VTB Armenia” bank CJSC  announces  a  competition for the  vacancy of  financial advisor in Ijevan branch.

Job responsibilities:

• Identification of customer requirements,
• To  provide customers with consulting services, provided by the bank,
• Active sale of the  bank’s products and  cross-selling,
• Development of customers’  documents,
• Involvement  of  the customers,
• Implementation of active sale and cross-selling,
• Development and implementation  of  the  bank’s product,
• Customer service  according to  the bank’s standards and procedures

Requirements:

     *High education,

     *High motivation  and  initiatives,

     *Knowledge  of banking,

     *Skills  of  customer  service’s developement,

     *Skills  of development of team work and communication,

     * Knowledge of Business-Ethics  rules,

     *Skills  of working according to clearly defined terms,

     *Skills  of working in tense environment,

     *Skills  of  developing  communications,

      *Developed  computer skills,

      *Excellent  knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of Russian and  English is  desireable.
