The  Casmir  Pulaski  Foundation  based  in  Warsaw,  Poland  announces  an  open  competition  for  energy  policy  papers  on  one  of  the  proposed  topics  related  to  the  upcoming  conference: "Shale  gas  Poland  2012:  The  Energy  Independence  Conference."
