The Carnegie Research Fellowship Program Presentation

American Councils and EducatinoUSA Armenia organize a presentation about the Carnegie Research Fellowship Program.  You will have the chance to meet Alexei Kharlamov, program coordinator, who will provide all the details for the program including the application process.
