Applications for the 7th “Hospital Management” course have started
The 7th “Hospital Management” course implemented mutually by National Medical Palace and Armenian State University of Armenia will start on April 8, and the application process has already started.
Managers, senior medical staff and managers (without medical education) of medical organizations and their subdivisions in the sphere of RA health care can participate in “Hospital Management” course. The course is conducted based on the combination of international experience, practical experience and RA legislation.
At the end of each day of the course, participants will work in teams or individually, and analyze based on the acquired knowledge a specific medical institution or its subdivision.
By the end of the course, participants will acquire knowledge and be able to
✔individually design the development strategy of medical organizations or its subdivisions and implemented processes, manage finance of the medical organization, and apply different indicators of international criteria and quality in the process of management,
✔ motivate the changes done in their organizations, and develop competitive marketing strategy of patient-oriented medical center policy,
✔ lead that strategy and follow its accurate and correct implementation.
The course is organized at the main university of economics education, and the leading specialists of RA Healthcare will conduct the course.
