The 3rd International Youth Conference titled "The Past, Present and Future of Armenian Statehood" will be held in Stepanakert on the initiative of Union of Young Scientists and Specialists of Artsakh on September 13-16, 2018 dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia and the 30th anniversary of the Artsakh Movement.
