Information for post-graduates and graduants

The provision concerning the eligibility of publications in conference proceedings is cancelled.

An exception is made just for individuals who have already submitted their documents to the RA Higher Education and Science Committee or for those who will apply to the Scientific Councils before May 31, 2024 to initiate the subsequent process of defending their dissertations.
