First TEDxASUE University Event

ASUE joins the TED community. On September 29, the first TEDxASUE university event entitled “Breaking the Boarders” will be held at ASUE Hall.

TEDxASUE is being implemented based on a license issued by the TED International Office and aims to find and popularize dissemination ideas. Guided by the TED principals the TEDxASUE organizational team invites ASUE students, employees, graduates join this broad platform of ideas exchange.

TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (under slogan: "Ideas worth spreading").

  • TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages,
  • TED is an international platform, welcoming people from every discipline and culture who seek a deeper understanding of the world,
  • TED community believes passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and, ultimately, the world,
  • TED includes projects implemented by TED Audacious Project, TED Talks, TED Translators communities, TED and TEDx Conferences, TED-Ed lesson series, each of them is aimed at one big goal – ideas worth spreading.
