ASUE Establishes Cooperation with "Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia": the Start was Confirmed by Meeting with Students and Signing a Memorandum

Today, Armenian State University of Economics and "Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia" confirmed the cooperation by signing a memorandum of understanding. ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan and General Director of "Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia" Arthur Sahakyan confirmed the cooperation by signing a memorandume aimed at the involvement of ASUE students in the company's business projects as researchers/consultants, as well as interns. The members of the company leadership will share their professional experience and knowledge through the courses during the academic year, will inspire the students.

Before the official ceremony, the General Director of "Coca-Cola Hellenic Armenia" Arthur Sahakyan, together with the Head of ASUE Chair of Marketing Vadim Grigoryan, attended the lecture of "Corporate Social Responsibility" course (lecturer: Associate Professor of the Chair of Marketing Lilit Kolyan). At the end of the lecture, the company director touched upon the topic "Business Strategies in FMCG", various strategies that can be used by companies to gain a competitive advantage in the field of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), touched upon category and brand strategies, explaining Occasion-based activation approach, then clarified the use of marketing models and tools for buyers.

The meeting was expected, about a hundred students participated in.

Arthur Sahakyan also referred to the history of the creation of Coca-Cola (1886), mentioned that it is sold in 28 countries of the world, the company has 59 factories in the world, represents 136 brands. The students listened attentively to the history of the creation and development of a world-famous company, got acquainted with the applied strategies and successes. The meeting ended with an active question and answer session.
