EUCON: ASUE lecturer has lectured at Vienna University of Applied Sciences

Senior researcher at ASUE Amberd Research Center, lecturer at the Chair of International Economic Relations, PhD in Economics Albert Hayrapetyan has lectured at Vienna University of Applied Sciences on November 17, 2022. The lecture was conducted thanks to EUCON Project and the academic coordinator of the project, Professor at Vienna University of Applied Sciences Hannes Meisner, within the frames of the seminar “The EU and European Economic Union: Competition, Conflict and International Business”.

Albert Hayrapetyan presented the concept of the economic integration and its main stages, and he reflected the differentiated influence of the economic integration on big and small countries’ economies. The ASUE lecturer also presented the numbers used in the primary evaluation of the benefits of the economic integration and the third section of the lecture referred to the European Economic Union and its institutional architecture.

Some parallels were drawn between the EU and the European Economic Union.

The interactive format of the lecture enabled them to exchange ideas concerning the topic of the lecture.
