Everything About Social Entrepreneurship

Today, open lecture on social entrepreneurship peculiarities was conducted by expert on social issues, analyst, trainer Ani Jabaghyan, by joint initiative of Acting Head of the Chair of Labor Economics, Doctor of Sciences, Professor Anahit Melkumyan and Associate Professor Lusine Karapetyan. Professors and students attended it.

The expert touched upon the concept of "social entrepreneurship" and its motives aimed at providing social support to certain groups of people in general.

Then she spoke about social entrepreneurship business models, activity characteristics, their distribution in Armenia, people engaged in such activities, and opportunities for localization of international experience. A separate discussion on "social justice" and "social equality" ideas was held.

During the question-and-answer Ani Jabaghyan covered a number of issues on social entrepreneurship.
