Avetis Avetisyan, economist, art critic, devotee to the homeland, who fought like a hero in the Artsakh war and fell as a hero,  who left for Artsakh on the first days of the war as a volunteer. He studied at ASUE in 2003-2008, specializing in the theory of economics. He then delved into the field of art, becoming an art critic. He was a researcher at the Komitas Museum-Institute. Deputy Dean of ASUE Faculty of Management Vardan Vlasyan and Assistant Professor at the Chair of Management Marianna Kocharyan are his classmates. They described their heroic classmate. "He was our Avo, the unique person of our course, who lived and breathed with art and homeland. It is true that he chose economics, but it was obvious that he was a man of art, Armenology, military science. Then, of course, he received an education as an art critic, did in-depth research, and authored a book on artillery. We have always been proud of him, we continue to be proud of him"; Vardan Vlasyan described the hero .

We express our condolences to Avetis Avetisyan's family and relatives. We bow our heads. Eternal glory...
