Professional Discussion on Management of Large Organizations

ASUE Department of Management has initiated a professional discussion with the director of "Grand Candy" LLC (2012-2018), director of "Vardanyan Family" charitable foundation Aram Ghazaryan. The dean of the Management department Manuk Movsisyan , students were present at the discussion. Ruben Hayrapetyan, Doctor of Economics, professor, acting head of the chair of Management presented the guest and spoke about the importance of the meeting. He noted that this was a start of cooperation which was aimed at improving students' professional skills and strengthening the employer-student connection. The director of the charitable foundation presented the path of his professional development, emphasized the necessity of continuous education, noting that even the best professionals need to learn and develop. The second part of the meeting was the discussion of the basics of management. Aram Ghazaryan touched upon the peculiarities of the management of large organization.
