“Amberd” Research Center has published the co-authored analytical work of ASUE post-graduate student Narek Karapetyan and PhD in Economics, NPUA lecturer Hayk Bejanyan on “Sanctions on Russia and Armenia: an attempt to assess possible effects”.

The authors highlighted the possible economic consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and made scientifically important conclusions.

Addressing the global economic counteractions versus Russia, problems of additional sanctions, the experts analyzed the shock effects of major trade and economic partners of Armenia, and its effects on the economy of Armenia and concluded that the sanctions on Russia will reflect our country as well.
