Enrollment of Nagorno-Karabakh students, review of documents, presentation of the expansion of universities were introduced at ASUE Scientific Council

On October 31, the regular session of ASUE Scientific Council was held at ASUE that was chaired by Diana Galoyan, ASUE rector, Chairman of the Scientific Council.

The first item of the agenda was presented by the rector that referred to the students of Nagorno-Karabakh state and private universities who were displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and are enrolled in our university in the 2023/2024 academic year.

Afterwards, Diana Galoyan introduced the issue of "Presentation of the concept of the university in the sphere of "Economics and Business Administration" to the Ministry of Education and Culture of RA", underlining the fact that the conceptual justifications developed by ASUE on the subject matter will be soon presented to the Ministry of Education and Culture. This concept was approved by the Scientific Council.

The Scientific Council has reviewed the grant-based research topic implemented by the "Amberd" Research Center, approving the “Economic losses of displaced Armenians from Azerbaijan from 1988-1992", publication of the manual "Accounting: tests and problems" developed by the Head of the Chair of Financial Accounting, Doctor of Economics, Professor Hayk Mnatsakanyan, Associate Professor, PhD Alvard Sargsyan, senior lecturer Nelly Oganezova, Associate Professors, PhD Narine Martirosyan, Tehmine Stepanyan, and "Introduction to Corporate Finance" lectures developed by the Professor of the Chair of Finance, Doctor of Economics Ashot Matevosyan, PhD Srbuhi Israelyan, Associate Professors, PhD Mare Khachatryan, Edgar Aghabekyan, Lilit Hovakanyan, and Mane Matevosyan.
