RA Higher Education Reform Strategy and Long-Term Development Plan
The long-term development plan of the RA higher education system has been elaborated on the basis of the results of the systematic analysis of the higher education system in Armenia and the benchmarking of international experience and localization opportunities in Armenia. The plan was developed at ASUE AMBERD Research Center as a result of professional-expert discussions with the representatives of RA Ministry of Education and Science and experts. The plan targets the effective self-governance of higher education institutions, sector regulation, modernization of educational programs, sector internationalization and the research capacity enhancement issues.
