Invitation to Training Program from UN office in Armenia

Dear Professors and Students,

We are pleased to announce that students of the Armenian State University of Economics have the opportunity to participate in a training program organized within the frames of the "Taxes for Sustainable Development" initiative of the United Nations Office in Armenia.

The workshop consists of two modules designed to enhance participants' understanding of the relationship between tax systems and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Objectives of the Workshop:

• To increase knowledge on the interplay between tax systems and the SDGs.
• To emphasize the role of academia in the formulation of tax policies and legislation.
• To contribute to the development of relevant curricula.

The Armenian State University of Economics is pleased to invite students to participate in the second module of the workshop, which will take place on September 25, 2024.
