A master class on students’ labor rights was held at ASUE
On April 21, the program coordinator at “Friedrich Ebert” German foundation in Armenia Shushana Sirakanyan and the advocate Araksya Bagdatyan held a master class at Armenian State University of Economics on “What you should know when signing a work agreement”.
5 dozens of students were present at the meeting including students from other universities. The course was held within the frames of the program “Labor rights for students” of the foundation that aims to transfer important and necessary knowledge to students who will enter the labor market.
During the meeting, issues of RA Labor Market were presented as well as some guarantees defined by RA Labor Code, problems and solutions during voluntary works and probation period, peculiarities of signing work agreements and some other issues.
The meeting was followed by interactive discussions of RA labor market issues and teamwork on the social partnership model.
