ASUE Lifelong Education and Career Division organized a meeting-training on "Sales Skills, Customer Service Standards" and the speaker was the head of the Retail sales department of GNC-ALFA CJSC (Rostelecom Armenia) Davit Sahakyan. Students of the Department of Marketing and Business Organization came with the expectation to gain new knowledge. The head of the Lifelong Education and Career Division Aida Arustamyan, the staff of the same division, acting head of the chair of Marketing, PhD, Associate professor Vadim Grigoryan were present at the meeting. The meeting was held in a favorite format of the students: full of discussions and analyzes. Based on his work experience, Davit Sahakyan touched upon the success of the sales, considering the skill of constructing competent relationships with the client, the knowledge of the competitive market, the flexible style of business for the market professional. The speaker noted that ASUE members have a great notion of sales and services.
