Issue 60 of "Amberd" series is online

Issue 60 of “Amberd” series on “Decentralization of Authorities to Increase the Efficiency of Local Self-Government” is online, on ASUE official website.

The authors of the research are Manuk Movsisyan (leader of the research team), Tsovinar Karapetyan, Taguhi Ohanyan, Anna Minasyan and Anahit Beglaryan (members of the research team).

The research underlined the role of the developed communities and, according to the authors, it will highly contribute to the effective operations of the local self-government system in Armenia leading to an increase in the autonomy level of the local government, thus, will lead to decentralization from the state authorities.
