ASUE-Artsakh Scientific Cooperation: ASUE Lecturer Attended Conference

On October 11-13, youth scientific conference on “Corporate Social Responsibility in the Mining Industry” was organized by Union of Young Scientists and Specialists of Artsakh (UYSSA) NGO and “Vallex” Charitable Foundation in Stepanakert, Artsakh Republic. Nadezhda Afyan, Assistant Professor at the Chair of Environmental Economics at ASUE, PhD in Economics, was invited to participate in the conference.

The initiative has united PhD students, researchers, young scientists of Artsakh and Armenian universities, representatives of business sector, local self-government bodies and research centers.

ASUE lecturer report on "Prerequisites for Development of Responsible Mining in Armenia According to the Exemplary Models of Canada and Sweden".

The participants were awarded certificates and a tablet as a gift.
