ASUE employees have lectured for NKR civil servants within the frames of regular training courses

On July 11-15, 2022, ASUE Vice-rector for Science Tatul Mkrtchyan, director of ASUE Amberd Research Center Davit Hakhverdyan and the researcher of the same center Hamazasp Galstyan were invited by Artsakh State University to lecture NKR civil servants within the frames of regular training courses.

Tatul Mkrtchyan lectured on small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Artsakh, directions of the economic policy and policy of competition protection. Lectures of Davit Hakhverdyan were dedicated to the current state of the economy of the Republic of Artsakh and its development perspectives, the main directions to increase the competitiveness of the country, international experience of innovative activities and state assistance types to innovative activities in Artsakh. Hamazasp Galstyan lectured on tax sphere and tax administration of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as mechanisms to organize works of state governance bodies with the privatized companies in Artsakh and issues connected with its monitoring process.
