ASUE Lecturers were Trained in Hungary

On May 6-10, Lusine Karapetyan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Labor Economics and Susanna Aghajanyan, PhD in Economics, Assistant Professor of the Chair of International Economic Relation, were in Hungary and attended Central Europe and South Caucasus Educational Forum on the occasion of Central Europe’s 15th anniversary of EU membership-Cooperation, Development, Exchange in Higher Education: “Academic practices and achievements from Emerging Europe” hosted at University of Miskolc (Hungary).

Scientists from six universities of Armenia, Georgia, Slovakia, Poland participated in the event.

Lusine Karapetyan told Media and Public Relations Division that promoting inter-state cooperation in the field of higher education and exchange programs were discussed at the forum, as well as university delegates presented their significant achievements in the process of internationalization.

Then the participants delivered lectures on the Ted Talk method in international student groups at the University of Miskolc.

Lusine Karapetyan and Susanna Aghajanyan came up with the following topics: "Social Protection Problems in the Republic of Armenia" and "Issues of Providing RA Competitiveness", and received proposals for joint research on issues presented.

Note, 2 ASUE students study at the mentioned University for this semester – Mery Nikolyan from Faculty of Finance (Master’s degree students) and Anna Abazyan.
