ASUE scientist participated in the international conference in Vienna

Diana Galoyan, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of Chair of International Economic Relations, participated in the Connectivity in EU's Wider Eastern Neighborhood conference held in Vienna (Austria) on November 29. Conference was organized by the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (WIIW) and FES Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe (ROCPE) of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Vienna and was held under the patronage of the Austrian presidency of the EU Commission. It should be noted that ASUE professor is an expert of “Friedrich Ebert” Foundation. Diana Galoyan made a report on Potential effects of EU-EAEU trade liberalization in the second session entitled Macro-economic aspects and effects of EU-EAEU cooperation and potential integration. Diana Galoyan emphasized the positive outcomes of the EU-Armenia trade liberalization, insisting on creation a new platform for trilateral negotiations with participation of EU-Eastern Partnership-EAEU countries.
