ASUE hosted Jens Baum, lecturer from the Zwickau University of Applied Sciences

On November 26-30, the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) hosted Jens Baum, lecturer from the Zwickau University of Applied Sciences (Germany) within the framework of "Erasmus+" program. He lectured for ASUE students and academic staff on Products, Processes and their Interconnection. ASUE Foreign Relations Division informed, that the lectures were intended for the students of Marketing and Business Organization, Management, Computer Science and Statistics departments. The lecturer presented the types of products, their classifications, peculiarities of SWOT-analysis methodology. Group discussions were organized. This kind of programs give an opportunity to ASUE students to get acquainted with the peculiarities of educational systems in different countries, new teaching methods, as well as to get professional knowledge. There were also a number of meetings. Vardan Sargsyan, head of the chair of Economic Computer Science and Information Systems discussed with the guest from Germany the possibility of expanding cooperation with the Zwickau University of Applied Sciences in the field of information systems. Jens Baum had a meeting with the students who were given an opportunity to study the 2nd semester at Zwickau University of Applied Sciences within the frames of Erasmus+ program. Jens Baum also had a meeting with ASUE Rector Koryun Atoyan. He shared his impressions, thanked for the hospitality and expressed his conviction and willingness to deepen partnership. Koryun Atoyan expressed his gratitude to the guest for active cooperation.
