Fundamentals of HRM: New Training Course at ASUE

At the beginning of the year, on January 25th, a new training course “Fundamentals of Human Resource Management”, organized by the Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning Division, will start.

Course Description

The course will enable the participants to gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the human resource management process, get acquainted with the main challenges in the human resource management process - motivation, recruiting, replenishment, training and development of personnel, effective assessment, incentive programs, etc.. In addition, course participants will learn what skills need to be developed in order to become a successful human resource manager.

The knowledge and skills acquired, as well as familiarity with techniques, methods and best practices will create the necessary basis for the effective use of this knowledge and skills in organizations operating in various fields.

At the end of the course, participants who pass the exam and receive 80 out of 100 will be awarded certificates.

Nane Zeynalyan, Head of the human resources management department of the Basic Corporation, a coach, a specialist who has consulted on human resources management in various organizations of the RA, and has many years of experience in this area, is the trainer.
