ASUE‒ASECU: the unprecedented international conference was finalized

An international scientific project has become a reality that was organized by ASUE. The international conference "Economic Development Priorities and Challenges" organized together with ASECU (Association of Economic Universities of Southeast Europe and the Black Sea Region) has brought together local and foreign economists for two days at ASUE. The participants introduced their reports, presented their thoughts and ideas on many current economic topics and issues.

The sessions of the conference were as follows: "Geopolitical aspects of the economic security: new trends in the economic development", "Social panorama and the population: employment, poverty and income polarization", "Global and regional aspects of new integration vectors", "Digitalization of the economy: challenges and opportunities", "Financial markets and financial institutions" and some others.

Today, at the closing ceremony of the conference, expressing his gratitude to the participants for their effective cooperation, Tatul Mkrtchyan, ASUE Vice-rector for Science, underlined that it was great honor to host famous scientists at the university.

Grigoris Zarotiadis, president of ASECU, also expressed his gratitude to the participants of the conference for their productive work.

The certificates and souvenirs were awarded to all participants at the closing ceremony of the conference, followed by a group photo.
