Disaster Risk Reduction Training Session at ASUE

Today the finalization of the disaster risk reduction process scheduled for the 2023-2024 academic year at our university took place. Students specializing in "Service" and "Tourism" fields actively participated in this specialized tactical training session. The event was attended by administrative personnel, organizational divisions of ASUE, and professors of the university.

Siranush Harutyunyan, the event organizer and associate professor at the ASUE Chair of Physical Education, ES and CD, who oversees civil defense functions at the university, highlighted that this hands-on training session was held in accordance with ASUE's disaster risk reduction training plan. An air alert was sounded, and firefighting, rescue, and first aid brigades were promptly mobilized and engaged in these exercises.
