The winners of the republican competition of economics essays are known
Today, on April 14, the republican competition of economics essays, being held for the third time in a row, was finalized at ASUE. 3 dozen young people studying in high schools (at the 12th grade) as well as college graduates participated in the competition held on March 31.
Participants had to choose from the topics "How to strengthen the economy of the regions of Armenia" and "Paper money or electronic money? What is the preferred payment method?" the one inherent to them and develop the essay related to the topic, show their creativity, motivation, make logical arguments and introduce it in a linguistically relevant way.
Finalizing the results of the competition, the committee consisting of 5 members from ASUE have chosen the best essays, the authors of which were awarded by ASUE Rector Diana Galoyan at the ceremony. The rector assured that the competition committee has evaluated the works objectively based on all criteria and the rector underlined the fact that preference was given to students with economic thinking.
The winners of "Economics Essay Competition-2023" are Satine Nazaryan (1st prize), Lusine Davtyan (2nd prize) and Srbuhi Mirumyan (3rd prize). We would like to inform you that they will get a 100,000 AMD scholarship if they are enrolled at ASUE. Four participants won the incentive awards of the committee. All other participants of the essay competition were awarded with certificates and ASUE branded gifts.
