Regular Working Discussion Within HERITAG Project

Today, regular working meeting of “Erasmus +” Education Interdisciplinary Reform in Tourism Management and Applied Geo-information curricula (“HERITAG”, №561555-EPP-1-2015-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) project was held at ASUE Geo-information System Laboratory, which had been opened within the frames of HERITAG project. Current outcomes and future actions of the project were discussed. The meeting was attended by Varazdat Hovhannisyan, Head of the NUACA Quality Assurance Department, Gurgen Minasyan, Head of the Chair of Economics and Management, Mashots Avetisyan, project director of Scientific-Educational Reforms Foundation, Ruben Grigoryan, General Director of “RUMEA” tempting trips club LLC.

It should be noted that within the framework of HERITAG project a joint Master’s program "Project Management" (tourism, cultural heritage management and geo-information systems) has been developed. Interdisciplinary joint educational program provides an one-year-study in Armenian universities (ASUE, NUACA) and an opportunity of conducting internship in Polytechnic University of Valencia – Bologna’s Rimini Campus Branch. The joint educational program is carried out since 2017-2018 academic year, and 11 students study at Polytechnic University of Valencia now.
