“Innovations Need You”: Head of “Business Development Advisors” was Hosted at ASUE

Today, unique and exciting meeting with Amalya Yeghoyan, Head of “Business Development Advisors” company, took place within the frames of a series of meetings – “Stable Women at ASUE” initiated by the Student Council.

A young businesswoman with a 9-year-experience of leadership told the students about self-development, self-reliance, the way to overcome the obstacles, to be purposeful, consistent and creative. The story of a lucky woman begins with a difficult period in Gyumri, caused by disaster, when it was not easy to work, to develop, but as Amalyan told, motivation and ambition won.

"The difficult situation in Gyumri made us – newly graduate specialists, more patriotic, more purposeful and persistent"; Amalyan stated and underlined that working in a small company helped her to develop features and entrepreneurial thinking that would later become the start of new goals and ideas.

The attendees were particularly interested in the prospects for innovation, the high demand for communication specialists, and attractive working conditions.

“The innovation field needs more PR professionals and marketers than programmers. Specialists representing the field literately, holding communication are needed. Therefore, don’t apply only banks, financial organizations"; Amalya Yeghoyan urged the youth.

Note, the Head of “Business Development Advisors” company plans to hold a big event at ASUE in April, aimed at introducing the features of entrepreneurship and start-ups in more detail.
