ASUE student of Marketing Department Elmira Karapetyan won a gold medal in the individual shooting competition during the 6th Pan-Armenian Games.  Our athlete was playing in Yerevan team, which won the first prize of the team shooting competition.

In conversation with ASUE Media and Public Relations Division Elmira noted that she had participated in Pan-Armenian games for the first time and was very impressed.

Note, that Armenian athletes coming from several dozen countries of the world competed during 10 days for medals in as many as 17 sports, including soccer, mini-soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, swimming, track and field
athletics, chess, badminton, cycling, shooting, arm-wrestling, golf, handball, beach volleyball and sport dancing. These games were outstanding by the number of participants. The 6th Pan-Armenian games were included in the program of events devoted to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

Recall that we had the opportunities to reflect the achievements of our talented athletic student (in shooting) several times, as she had won the titles of a champion many competitions.  Congratulations to our talented student, we wish her many success.
