Poetry reading by students. Literary event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Hovhannes Shiraz.

Literary event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Hovhannes Shiraz took place today at ASUE. The event was initiated by ASUE chair of Languages. The head of the chair Susanna Chalabyan, lecturers, and students participated in the event. 

A lecturer of Languages chair Knarik Choklinyan made a brief literature review of Shiraz’s life, activity and poems. Afterwards the students read Shiraz’s popular patriotic poems. 

In the end, Susanna Chalabyan said words of greatfullness: "This is one of the rare moments when you feel happy, happy to have such young people," said the head of the chair. Acknowledgements said also associate professor of Languages chair Zukhra Yervandyan.

The students received presents from the chair.
