ASUE ACTIVELY PARTICIPATED IN BLOOD DONATION ACTION

On  June 14, World Blood Donor Day,   members  of  ASUE: representatives  of  Faculty  staff  and  a  group of  SC  members  headed  by Sevak Khachatryan,  were awarded  during a  solemn ceremony.

The  gratitude  letter  was awarded to Armenian State  University of  Economics by Smbat  Daghbashyan, Director  of  Blood Center  after Yolyan, Doctor, Professor,   on behalf of the  RA  Ministry of  Health  for  active  participation in  blood  donation. Director  of  Blood  Center    stressed the  name  of  Armenian State University  of  Economics as  an active  participant of the blood  donation action.

Participant of World Blood Donor Day  measure  Mikayel Tavadyan told  ASUE  Media  and Public  Relations Division  that participation in such  actions  was  very  important, especially if  it would  save  a  number of  lives.

“I  have  also  participated  in blood  donation actions. It’s nice  when  you   realize  that you are  participating in a humanitarian action  and are  able  to  save  a  life”;  said the  Dean.

Sevak Khachatryan,  SC  Chairman, told  us  that participation in this  action was a  great   humanitarian  step,  it  would  be  continued: ASUE  will  always  show its support to the people who need blood.

ASUE  members  have  always  voluntarily participated in blood  donation actions.
