OBJECT TRAINING AT ASUE (photos)

Object training on “Protection of  Students  and the University Staff  in Case  of  Sudden  Attack  of  Enemy  Forces” was  carried  out  today at ASUE  Yard  according  to the  main  plan of  action  of the  Central Administrative  District  in 2014.   

The  measure  aimed  toimprove professional  skills regarding  protection  of  population.

Training staff,  managing  staff  and  working groups  were  created:  training Manager-Rector  Koryun Atoyan,  Deputy  of  training Manager- Mihrdat  Harutyunyan, Vice-Rector  of  Educational Matters, Head of  the  managing  staff-   Siranush  Harutyunyan, responsible   for   emergency situations and civil defense functions at  the University,  rescuers’ team leader-Armen Ghazaryan, the  first  aid  team leader- Tatevik Gabrielyan,  public order maintenance team  leader-Albert  Ghazatyan.

Mihrdat  Harutyunyan, declaring the  start  of  the  training,  mentioned, that everybody  should  actively participate  in  civil defense measures  in order  to  avoid  losses in case  of enemy's use of weapons of mass destruction  or  to  reduce its  results, should be able to correctly display the current situation, to show self-help and mutual aid in case  of  danger.

“Such measures   should bring up  young  people’s   capability of   preparedness,  coordinated and purposeful actions.  No one is insured against disasters, so everybody should be  well-informed and know what to do,” said the Vice-Rector.

The  University  staff, students  participated  in the  measure.

Siranush  Harutyunyan, responsible   for   emergency situations and civil defense functions at  ASUE  told ASUE  Media  and Public Relations  Division that it’s  so important to  conduct such  measures; “Everybody  should  be  aware  of,  because no one  is  insured against disasters, accidents and other emergency incidents.  In case  of   preparation,  when  people know  what to do the consequences can be quite different”.
