“YOUNG PEOPLE SHOULD BE INFORMED ABOUT HIV”: A FILM SCREENING AT ASUE

The representatives  of the  program “Speak  about  HIV,  test  upon HIV”  program   were  hosted  at  ASUE  by  the  initiative  of  Youth  Foundation in Armenia.

December  1  is  celebrated  as the  World day of  HIV/AIDS.    The  representatives  of  the  program  informed  that Youth  Foundation  in Armenia  didn’t stay  apart  from the European initiative  of  fighting   against  HIV  and  meetings  were  held  in  Yerevan  and  in regions   within the  framework  of  the  program. 

A  cognitive  film  was  screened (in Russian,  English,  Armenian),  which was  about    the  century’s  disease  and  methods  of its  prevention. 

In the  interview  with  ASUE  Media  and  Public  Relations  Division Narine  Mezhlumyan,  the  coordinator  of  the  program,  mentioned  that   people  can  speak  about  HIV,  voluntary test  upon and, if necessary, seek appropriate treatment.
