The Representative of Warsaw School of Economics Delivers Lectures at ASUE

In the frames of cooperation between ASUE and Warsaw School of Economics and “Erasmus+” program, from October 23rd  to 26th Maria Yoha, the representative of Warsaw school of Economics is being hosted at ASUE.  ASUE Foreign Relations Division initiated lectures and meetings in the frames of her visit. 

The representative of Warsaw School of Economics today delivered a lecture on  the following topic; “The Market of Services and Satisfaction of Customers’ Needs”. Ararat Zakaryan, the Chair of Marketing, also participated in the meeting. Mainly students, employees and PhD students of the Faculty of Marketing were interested in the topic.

Welcoming the participants Maria Yoha informed that she was very happy to be in Armenia and at ASUE. She spoke about her University mentioning that WSE is the oldest and one of the most prestigious business schools in Poland. Having more than 16.500 students WSE actively cooperates with foreign Universities hosting students, PhDs, researchers, lecturers and administrative staff members. At PhD student’  request the PhD programs for international students of the Polish University were presented.

The factors influencing the customers’  satisfactions from the services as well as the tools and methods measuring the satisfactions were at the core of the lecture. Showing the big role of service market in the world economy the lecturer clarified the issues regarding tourists` satisfactions. Maria Yoha also presented to the students the results of her research.

Foreign Relations Division informed us that the guest had a present for ASUE library. Maria Yoha is going to hand out the following books; “Tools in Business Management” and “Services Marketing” (the author of the second is she) to ASUE library.

P.s. The representative of Warsaw School of Economics will present her 2nd lecture on 26th of October, at 14:10 at international projects center on the following topic; “Branding of Touristic Directions”.
