The Vice-Rector   welcomed  the  students’ initiative  and  expressed  his  opinion regarding  the discussed  issue. “You have raised  very  important  issue  concerning all  of  us.   It’s commendable,  that especially  the  1st  course  students suggest  solutions,  their own  observations  and  make  conclusions”  said  the  Vice-Rector  and  informed that  the administration of the  University  also  focused  on  the discussed  issue.  Mihrdat  Harutyunyan,  agreeing  with  the facts  suggested  by  two sides,  mentioned  that  there  are  both  positive  and  negative  sides  in the  expressed viewpoints. “There  are  advantages and  defects in  both written and  oral  exams. We  should  find more  effective  way”,  said  the Vice-Rector  and  mentioned  the  most  important  entities  of  the examination process  are  the  lecturer  and  the student.  Each  of  them  should be  fair,  honest and   impartial, do  his/her  work  with  sense  of  responsibility. “The  lecturer  should  convey  knowledge  and  the  student  should  learn. It is  the  only  way to  except the  negative  in this  process”,  said  the  Vice-Rector  concluding his  speech.
