As  we  have  already  informed the  first  meeting of  specific training: “If You Know:7:1”  organized  by  ASUE  and  Ayvazyan & Partners    will  take  place  on February  19, at  14:14a.m.,  at  ASUE  Big  Hall.  We  present  below  an interview  with  ASUE  Vice-Rector  of  Educational-Organizational  Matters  Mihrdat  Harutyunyan  about  the  cooperation with Ayvazyan & Partners  and  “If You Know:7:1”:
- How was  the idea of  cooperation  with  Ayvazyan & Partners born?
It is  important  for  us  to  enrich  theoretical knowledge of  students, acquired at  ASUE,  with  practical  knowledge of companies and professionals having  extensive experience.  It is  important  to orientate  young  people, entering  the  labor  market, and  to show  right  direction.  We  consider  Ayvazyan & Partners  to  be a  reliable  structure   in that  work.

-Are  there  any  kind of  reactions,  how  is  the  students’  mood  towards  this unprecedented training?
I noticed great enthusiasm and interest among the students. This is an attempt for them to form a practical way of thinking  and  get rid of the complex without working  experience.

-What will  “If You Know:7:1”  give  the  students?
The problem of lack of working  experience  is actual  and  it  is a  great  barrier  for  the  students  to  find  a work.  “If You Know:7:1”    training  is  saturated  with its  themes and content  and  let’s  think  that  it’ll  inspire the students with great self-confidence  and  will  make  them  more  demanded in  the  labor  market.
