ASUE DEANS SUMMARIZE THE WORKS DONE IN 2012

The  Deans  of  ASUE  Departments summerize the works  done  in 2012.  ASUE  Media  and Public Relations  Division decided to  talk  with  the  Deans  and to find  out  their  assessments  concerning to  last year. 

“The  process  of  reforms initiated  by  the Management of  the  University  was  continued  during last  year, and the done  changes  contributed the reputation of the University,  ASUE brand consolidation”, the  Deans  underlined the  following.

The  Dean of the  Department  of  Finance Sergey  Suqiasyan  highlighted  the  organization of   Master’s  Programs  implemented with  employers.   Master’s  program education of  tax administration,  customs administration, state  revenue's analysis and forecasting,  organizatyion of  banking  specialties   is  implemented  successfully  here.  The  latter  informed  that  the Department would  have  first  graduates  of    part-time  Master’s  programs  of  “Public Finance”,  “Cooperative Finance”,  “Banking”  specialties.

“We  are  witness of the achievements,  which  raise  the  reputation of the University and  make  the  University  more  competitive”, said  the  Dean of the  Department  of  Accounting and  Audit   Ashot  Matevosyan,  highlighting  the  implementation of  reforms  in the  progress  of   Departments.  The  Dean  mentioned  the  implementation of  “Economic analysis”  specialty in Bachelor’s  program  as  the  biggest  achievement of  the  Department. Ashot  Matevosyan concidered   the  participation of  students  in SSS works as  a serious achievement. The  Head of the  Department  highlighted  the  organized  meetings,  “Open  Classes”,  “Round  Tables”  with  KPMG  and  Grant Thornton companies.  The  Dean  informed  that  the  Department would  have graduates of  “Accounting in Organizations” specialty  this  year  for the  first  time.  “And  the  best  achievement  of  the  Department is  warm,  kind and    direct human  relations  between  the  staff and  students”,  mentioned  Ashot  Matevosyan.

The Dean of the  Department of   Regulation of Economy 
and International Economic Rеlations  Atom  Margaryan  highlighted the  implementation of  new  Master’s  programs  with the  employers,  noting that  the  teaching of  environmental  expertise  of  economic  activity,  real estate  evaluation,  management of  state property specialties is  being implemented  here.   The  Dean  highlighted  the  consolidation  of  new specialization  “Macroeconomic  analysis”  in full-time  Master’s  program.

The  Deans of  ASUE  all  Departments, congratulating  ASUE  Faculty  staff,  students  and  workers  on New year,  wished  the  2013  year  to  become  a  year  of  new  achievements  and  victories.
