MAHMUD KHAN, A SPECIALIST OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY FIELD, WAS HOSTED AT ASUE

Mahmud  Khan,  a  professor  in  the Chair of   Management  of Tourism and Hospitality  of  Tech University  in  Verjinia,  USA, met  the  Faculty  staff  of  the Chair  of  Tourism  and  Crisis Management,  the  students  of the same  specialty  today  at  ASUE  Conference  Hall.  Tigran  Tananyan,  the  Director  of  Enterprise Development  and  the  Team of  Workforce Project  of  Raising  Market Competitiveness  of  USAID,  presented  the  professor  and  added  that  Mahmud  Khan  was  a well-known  specialist  in this  field  all  over  the  world,  and  had  studied, assessed  and  developed  educational  programs  concerning  this  field  in  Malaysia, Australia, India, Cyprus, Taiwan, the United States and other countries.  The speaker  said that  their  organization  had  invited  the  professor   to  Armenia  to   study   the  field  of  Tourism and Hospitality  in  educational  system of  Armenia  and  prersent suggestions.

Tigran Tananyan  also  mentioned  that  Mahmud  Khan  had already  met  the  scientific  pedagogues  of  ASUE  and  other  Universities  in Armenia,  preparing  specialists  of  tourism and  hospitality  management,  discussed  problems concerning this  field.

Mahmud Khan,  highlighting  the  knowledge    of  hospitality,  mentioned  that  Armenia was an  advantageous   country of  tourism and  hospitality.  The professor  spoke  about  the  important  features  which  the  managers  and  organizers, workers   of   tourism and  hospitality  should  had.  At the  end  the  speaker  answered  the participants’  questions.
